services in order to complete your real estate transaction.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your
nonpublic personal information. WE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY NONPUBLIC PERSONAL
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WITH ANYONE FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT IS NOT SPECIFICALLY
PERMITTED BY LAW.
“COOKIE USE” and ELECTRONIC LOGS. A “cookie” is a small file containing
information that is placed on a user’s computer by a web server. Any
information that our web servers may store in cookies is used for internal
purposes only. We monitor network traffic and maintain electronic logs for the purposes of site management.
Information such as the hostname, user-agent, referer, system date, URL, and
protocol of the visitor are collected in these logs. This information is
technical in nature and cannot be used to personally identify the visitor in
question.
